A Gratitude Journal: 3 Keys to Unlocking Your Best Life

At the beginning of the year, I decided to start a gratitude journal. It’s an easy concept; at the end of each day, list 10 things you’re grateful for. I have to be honest, when I first started this exercise I was skeptical. What was it really going to do for me? I mean, I’m grateful for everything I have. Well, at least I thought I was. But what I found was that sitting down and thinking of ALL THE THINGS, really changed my outlook and forced me to put my thoughts in a positive place.
