      FAQs

      Once you complete your purchase, we’ll get started on your order. We’ll review your images and reach out if we have any additional questions about your order. Then the images will be manipulated by our expert designer, Nikki. Once she has them perfected, she will send them to you via email for approval. We're happy to make any changes you might have. After you approve, the image is sent to print and then goes through our regular production process. Because of the added time to make custom images, you should expect your jewelry to ship in 7-10 business days after ordering.

      If you need items quickly please choose the appropriate shipping method at checkout, contact us, or use the order notes section to let us know.

      It is best to submit the highest resolution images possible. We can work with anything though. We have used scans, iPhone photos and even photographed photocopies. The final product will depend on the quality of the original image, but because it is so small, flaws are usually only slightly noticeable. If you have concerns about your images, contact us below or send us a note after you order. We will work with you to make sure we get them looking the way you want. We always contact you for image approval before we create your final jewelry.
