Meaningful IVF Jewelry and Keepsakes for Every Fertility Journey

Meaningful IVF Jewelry and Keepsakes for Every Fertility Journey

Some chapters of life are too big and too deeply felt to just move on from. This is for everyone who has hoped, waited, grieved, and kept going.

Whether you're living it or loving someone who is, the IVF journey is one of the most emotional experiences a person can go through.

Some paths lead to a baby. Others take turns no one planned for, or don't end the way you imagined. Either way, your experience matters and so does how you carry it.

When you've been through something this significant, it's natural to want a way to carry it with you. Not to explain it to anyone else, just to honor it for yourself.

Whether you're celebrating a long-awaited pregnancy, remembering embryos that were part of your story, or simply honoring the process itself, the right piece of jewelry, one that tells your story, can serve as a reminder of what you have endured and the hope that carried you forward.

My personal experience dealing with unexplained infertility left me sitting with uncertainty I hadn't expected and craving support. As the owner of a charitable jewelry brand, I decided to expand my collection to include pieces that support infertility awareness and help fund IVF grants for other women and families also finding their way on the path to parenthood. Through the sale of our custom pieces that feature your own images, Revive Jewelry supports the Hopeful Mama Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women navigating infertility and IVF.

Wherever your journey has taken you, each stage of the experience deserves recognition. Whether you’re looking for community resources, support guides, or a treasured keepsake to remember a moment, we’d love to be a part of your family-building chapter.

Embryo Jewelry

As a jewelry designer going through IVF, preserving moments that were too important to forget felt like the natural thing to do. I created a collection to support other women facing the same experience. Our Infertility Awareness Collection uses a magnified image of early human embryos and supports Baby Quest Foundation. I also started making custom pieces for myself and other women who had their own embryo photos they wanted to turn into something special; a service that has resonated deeply with so many women.

Not all embryo jewelry looks the same. Some brands include specific fertility symbols or meaningful mementos from steps of the process, but for those who have been through IVF, the embryo image itself carries a significance that's hard to put into words. For most women, pregnancy begins with a positive test. For women who go through IVF, it begins here, with this image, taken at the very moment life was given its first chance. It's the very beginning, before anything is certain, when hope and fear exist in exactly equal measure. For some, these pieces become a celebration. For others, they become the only keepsake they have.

IVF Milestones Worth Commemorating

The IVF process asks a lot of you. It is scheduled and monitored and measured. It happens in waiting rooms and under fluorescent lights. It also happens at 2am when you can't sleep, and at a baby shower you smiled through, and in the quiet moment before a phone call you were afraid to answer. It asks for more strength than you knew you had. It shows up in your relationship, your work, your body, your faith in yourself. It is all-consuming in a way that is almost impossible to explain to someone who hasn't lived it.

It is made up of milestones that exist at the intersection of the clinical and the personal, often at the same time. Every one of them carrying hope and uncertainty in the same breath.

The Clinical

  • The first consultation
  • Hormone injections and monitoring appointments
  • Egg retrieval
  • Transfer day
  • Early ultrasounds

The Personal

  • The moment you first let yourself feel hopeful
  • Waiting for news that could change everything
  • The two week wait
  • Moments of loss
  • Moments of joy that felt almost too big to hold

Each of these becomes part of a story that is yours alone.

IVF jewelry exists to hold those moments. For some women it's a way to celebrate the embaby that became their child. For others it's a way to commemorate the strength it took to keep showing up, appointment after appointment, and to keep choosing to try again. For many it does both at once, holding joy and grief in the same piece, the way this experience so often asks you to hold them together.

Creating Meaningful Embryo Jewelry at Revive

When I was going through IVF, I held onto my embryo images the way you hold onto something you're afraid to lose. They were the first proof I had that this was possible, that after years of uncertainty, there was something real to hold onto. I never wanted to just file them away. I wanted to carry them with me.

That feeling is what this line is built on. Every woman, partner, and family who comes to us has their own version of that image and their own reason for wanting to do something meaningful with it. Our job is to figure out exactly what that looks like for them.

Every piece we make starts with a conversation. We want to understand what this image means to you, what you want to feel when you wear it, and what story you need it to tell. Whether you are celebrating a pregnancy, honoring an embaby you lost, or simply holding onto a moment that mattered, we design each piece around your vision and your experience. Our customers often tell us that the process itself feels meaningful, being asked what they want, being shown proofs before anything is finalized, having someone treat their embryo image with the care it deserves.

Every piece we make is shaped by the person who inspired it, that's the collaboration we've learned to value. Emily kept her embryo images in a treasured box for years before finding Revive. She described receiving her finished jewelry as a sense of closure and healing she hadn't expected. Kaitlin worked with us through every step of the design process and told us her piece tells an important and very special story. Ashley simply said that her bracelet helped her feel close to her baby despite her loss.

That is what we are here for. Not just to make jewelry, but to make something that holds what words sometimes cannot.

Honoring Every Chapter

The embryo image is just the beginning. For many women who go through IVF, the road continues through ultrasounds, milestones, and eventually, if the stars align, a baby. We wanted to create something that could hold all of it.

The IVF Journey Charm Bracelet came from something we kept hearing from our customers. They wanted more ways to hold their story, more room to carry the chapters that mattered most. So we designed a piece that could do exactly that.

Each bracelet can hold up to five pendants, arranged chronologically, so that whether you make it to one milestone or five, every chapter you choose to include is honored. Some journeys end early. Some make it all the way. The number of pendants doesn't determine the meaning. You do. For those who want to go further, we've added the option to incorporate birthstone crystals, carrying the color and meaning of a month that mattered.

Because whatever your journey looks like, we've built something to hold it.

Sonogram Keepsakes

Not every journey starts the way you expect. And not every pregnancy follows a straight line. But whether your path to this moment was long and complicated or short and surprising, pregnancy is one of the most profound experiences a person can go through. It is beautiful and terrifying and exhausting and transformative, often all at once. It deserves to be remembered.

Our Custom Sonogram Jewelry Collection was created for anyone who wants to carry that experience close. Whether you went through IVF or conceived naturally, whether your pregnancy was planned or caught you completely off guard, these pieces are built around your own sonogram images, and any personal photographs that matter to you, preserved in resin and set into wearable keepsakes you can carry every day.

Celeste, one of the women who wears our sonogram pieces, came to motherhood unexpectedly. What started with uncertainty became something that gave her life direction and purpose she hadn't anticipated. She told us that wearing her daughter's sonogram images every day is a reminder of how profoundly becoming a mother changed everything for her.

That is what these pieces are for. Not just to mark that a pregnancy happened, but to carry the weight of what it meant.

Our sonogram collection includes a charm bracelet, a journey necklace, and a gender reveal necklace, each customizable to reflect your own experience. Like all of our custom pieces, every sonogram keepsake begins with your images and is designed collaboratively, so that what you end up with is something that truly feels like yours. A portion of every purchase supports the Hopeful Mama Foundation, helping other women navigate their own journeys to motherhood.

Fertility Jewelry for Everyone

There's something here for every journey, whatever yours looks like.

Not every fertility journey involves IVF. And not every IVF experience produces embryo images you have, or want to use. Whether you are just starting out, walking a path to parenthood that looks different than you planned, or supporting someone you love through any stage of this experience, meaningful fertility jewelry doesn't require a personal image to carry personal meaning.

Fertility jewelry can reflect specific milestones, meaningful symbols, or simply the quiet determination it takes to keep going. At Revive, we have built three collections that together cover every stage of that experience, because no two paths look the same. Our Custom IVF Jewelry Collection and Custom Sonogram Jewelry Collection are built around your own images. Our Infertility Awareness Collection offers something meaningful for everyone else.

Our Infertility Awareness Collection was created for anyone who wants to carry something close, without having to define their experience as a success or a failure. Whether you are mid-cycle and haven't reached retrieval yet, grieving an outcome that didn't go the way you hoped, or simply want a daily reminder that you are stronger than this is hard, these awareness pieces are designed with you in mind. Each one features a microscope image of a healthy, early stage human embryo set in resin.

Some styles incorporate carefully chosen stones, selected for their beauty and their meaning. Our Unite for Change Stretch Bracelet is strung with faceted teal amazonite, known as the Stone of Fertility and the Stone of New Beginnings. The Fertile Soul Necklace is accented by reflective moonstones, long associated with feminine energy, emotional balance, and new beginnings. And our Awareness Stretch Bracelet features sea blue chalcedony, chosen for its connection to calm and emotional steadiness.

These stones weren't chosen at random. They were chosen because the women who wear these pieces often need exactly what each one represents.

And because every journey deserves more than acknowledgment, 10% of every awareness piece goes directly to Baby Quest, a foundation that provides grants to help women and families afford fertility treatments. When you wear one of these pieces, you are carrying your own experience while helping to make someone else's a little more possible.

A Personal Note From Our Founder

My own road to motherhood was a long one. I started trying to get pregnant in 2018, and what followed were years of hormone supplements, acupuncture, IUI, and eventually IVF, all without a clear diagnosis to explain why it wasn't working. Unexplained infertility has a particular kind of cruelty to it. There is nothing to fix, nothing to point to,  just the quiet weight of not knowing.

I started IVF during the pandemic, which added a layer of uncertainty I hadn't anticipated. But in July 2020, I had my embryo transfer, and ten days later I got the best news of my life. My son Colby was born in March 2021.

That journey is where these pieces came from. I knew what it felt like to hold that embryo image and not want to put it down. I knew what it felt like to need something to hold onto. And through my work as a board member of the Hopeful Mama Foundation, where I also lead an IVF support group, I kept hearing the same thing from other women. They wanted a way to carry their story, whatever that story looked like.

That is why I make these pieces. For my infertility sisters, every single one of them.

If you want to hear the full story, including the ups, the downs, and a few laughs along the way, you can read my personal blog here.

IVF Gift Ideas: Meaningful Ways to Support Someone on Their Fertility Journey

Knowing someone you love is going through IVF and wanting to show up for them are two very different things. Many people feel the pull to do something meaningful but aren't sure what will actually help, or worry about saying or giving the wrong thing. That uncertainty is completely understandable. This is not a straightforward experience to support from the outside.

What most people going through IVF want more than anything is to feel seen and not alone. A thoughtful gift can do exactly that, without requiring you to have the right words.

Fertility-inspired jewelry has become one of the most meaningful gifts for this reason. Unlike gifts that look ahead to a baby that isn't here yet, jewelry that honors the journey meets your loved one exactly where they are, whether that is in the thick of treatment, processing a loss, or celebrating a milestone they worked incredibly hard to reach. It acknowledges what they are going through right now, not what you hope will happen next.

Whether you are looking for something to mark a specific moment, like retrieval day or transfer day, or simply want to give them something to carry close during a hard season, there is something here for every stage of the journey and every person walking it.

If you're not sure where to start with the jewelry, our collections are a good place to begin. And if you want to feel more prepared to support your loved one beyond the gift itself, I’ve has written a full guide on what to do, and what to avoid, when someone you love is going through IVF.

Supporting the Infertility Community Through Jewelry

Infertility can be an incredibly isolating experience. Even when you are surrounded by people who love you, it can be hard to find someone who truly understands what you are going through. That is something I know firsthand, and it is a big part of why every Revive purchase does more than create a piece of jewelry. Across all of our collections, 10% of every purchase goes directly to organizations working to make fertility treatments more accessible to the women and families who need them most.

For purchases from our Infertility Awareness Collection, that support goes to Baby Quest, a nonprofit that awards grants twice a year to individuals and families who cannot afford fertility treatments, including IVF, egg and sperm donation, embryo donation, egg freezing, and gestational surrogacy. They are committed to diversity across ethnicity, sexual orientation, and geography, because the dream of building a family belongs to everyone. To date, Baby Quest has awarded more than 290 grants, distributed $3.9 million in funds, and helped bring over 215 babies into the world. One recipient described receiving her grant as being given a new identity as a mother. That is what this money makes possible.

For purchases from our Custom Embryo and Sonogram Collections, that support goes to the Hopeful Mama Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting women through infertility with financial assistance, educational resources, and community support groups. Hopeful Mama provides grants to help cover the cost of IUI, IVF, medication, and donor eggs, and runs in-person and virtual support groups so that no one has to face this experience alone. I sit on their Board of Directors and lead one of their IVF support groups, because I believe that access to community and care should not depend on what you can afford.

Every piece you wear carries your own story. And every purchase helps write someone else's.

How Custom Jewelry Is Created

If you've never ordered custom jewelry before, it can feel like a bit of a mystery. We want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, because we don't take lightly what you're trusting us with.

If you'd like to see the full process up close, we've put together a detailed walkthrough in our custom jewelry process blog. But here's what the experience looks like from start to finish.

Step 1: Choose your style

Browse our custom collections and select the style, metal, and any additional details that feel right for you. We offer necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and rings in sterling silver and 14k gold-filled, all backed by our lifetime guarantee.

Step 2: Upload your image

On the product page, you'll make all of your selections and upload your personal image before adding to cart. High resolution files are ideal, but don't worry if yours isn't perfect. We've worked with everything from digital files to photos of photocopies and we'll make sure your final piece looks stunning.

Step 3: We get to work

Once your order is placed, we enhance your image, adjust the colors to your preferences, and size everything with precision for your chosen piece. Before anything is finalized, you'll receive a proof for approval so you can see exactly how your jewelry will look. We don't move forward until you're happy with it.

Step 4: Handcrafted with care

Your image is printed on specialized water-resistant paper, precisely cut, and hand-set into your chosen design using professional-grade resin. Our multi-step process ensures clarity, durability, and a finish that will last. Every piece goes through multiple quality checks before it leaves our studio.

Step 5: Packaged and on its way

Your finished piece arrives in a black Revive Jewelry box, complete with a custom card featuring your personal image and a handwritten thank you note from us. We want the moment you open it to feel as meaningful as the piece inside. Production takes up to 7-10 days, and your order will be on its way shortly after.

It's an honor to be trusted with your story.

Honoring the Journey

Whatever brought you here, we see you.

Maybe you're in the thick of it right now, counting days and trying to stay hopeful. Maybe you've been through something that changed you in ways you're still finding words for. Maybe you're supporting someone you love and trying to understand what they're carrying. Wherever you are, your experience is valid and your story deserves to be held with care.

There is no single way this journey looks and no single outcome that defines its worth. The strength it takes to keep going, whether you're on your first cycle or your fifth, whether you're celebrating or grieving or somewhere in between, is something worth acknowledging. We hope that when you find the right piece, it feels like exactly that, something made to carry what you've been through.

If you're looking for more support on navigating this experience, we've put together some tips that we hope will help.

I finally got the family I dreamed of! And I'm sending every last bit of hope I have your way. xo, Nikki

FAQs

Fertility jewelry is an umbrella term for any piece created to honor the experience of trying to grow a family. It can include custom embryo jewelry, sonogram keepsakes, birthstone pieces, or symbolic designs that represent meaningful moments along the way. At Revive, we have collections to support every stage of the fertility journey, whether you've been through IVF, are currently pregnant, have experienced loss, or simply want something to carry close through whatever you're facing.

Absolutely. Many women choose embryo jewelry specifically to honor embryos that were part of their journey regardless of the outcome. These pieces serve as a personal reminder of the hope, love, and courage that went into the process and the significance each embryo held.

Yes. Our custom collections are created using your own personal images, uploaded directly on the product page before you add to cart. You can use embryo images provided by your fertility clinic, sonogram images from any stage of pregnancy, newborn photos, or any personal photograph that holds meaning for you. We'll enhance your image, send you a proof for approval, and won't begin production until you're completely happy with how it looks.

Every custom piece is made to your specifications. You choose your style, metal, and color palette, and if your chosen style includes stones, we typically select stones that complement the colors of your image. That said, we're happy to honor any specific requests. We've had customers request particular stone colors, specific image tones, and everything in between. If you have a vision, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to bring it to life.

Each custom piece goes through a design, proofing, and production process, so we ask that you allow 7-10 days for creation. We'll keep you in the loop throughout and won't move forward without your approval at the proofing stage.

Yes. We ship worldwide and have sent pieces to customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Shipping options and timelines vary by location and are available at checkout.

You don't need personal images to find something meaningful here. Our Infertility Awareness Collection features a microscope image of a healthy early stage human embryo and is available to purchase and gift immediately. These pieces are designed for anyone who wants to carry something close, regardless of where they are in their journey.

Not at all. Our collections are designed to honor every kind of journey, whether you've been through IVF, conceived naturally, experienced pregnancy loss, are supporting a loved one, or are just beginning to navigate infertility. If your experience has been touched by the desire to grow a family, there is something here for you.

The most meaningful gifts are ones that meet your loved one exactly where they are, without placing expectations on the outcome. Fertility-inspired jewelry is a thoughtful option because it acknowledges the experience itself rather than looking ahead to a baby that isn't here yet. Whether you choose a piece from our Infertility Awareness Collection or a custom piece made from their own images, it becomes something they can wear every day as a quiet reminder that they are not alone. For more ideas on how to support someone through IVF, we've put together a full guide here.

The two week wait after a transfer is one of the most emotionally intense parts of the IVF process. Gifts that offer comfort and encouragement without adding pressure are usually most appreciated. A piece of fertility jewelry can be meaningful here, as it honors the significance of the transfer and the hope that comes with it, without assuming any particular outcome.

Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns. That said, your satisfaction is our biggest priority. If you're not happy with your piece, please reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right. You can contact us at 310.844.1958 or info@ReviveJewelry.com.
